Payment.
This can be made in advance by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or upon delivery by credit card, or of course, cash (Euros).
Fuel.
We deliver our rental cars with full tanks. You will be charged for 3/4 tank and asked to leave 1/4 tank when you drop the car off.
Insurance.
Our rates include comprehensive insurance, but this does not cover the following:
1. Damage to wheels and tyres
2. Damage to the underside of the vehicle
3. Loss of or damage to keys

Doncars - car hire in Menorca.
Our Company.
We have been supplying hire cars and minibuses since 1965. Our rent-a-car business has grown but we still provide a personal service, where you are an individual not just a number. Our original fleet started with two Citroën Deux-chevaux and our slogan was " Menorca - do it in a Doncar , the springs can take it ". Forty years on, many of our regulars have become friends and we are proud that the next generation continues to use our services.
Delivery.
If you have given us the correct flight information and asked for your hire car to be delivered to the airport, the Doncar representative will be waiting for you by the exit doors outside the Baggage Hall. He/she will be carrying a clipboard with "Doncars" on it. Should our representative not be there, he/she may be in the car park with other clients. If this is the case, please wait in the arrivals area.
If your hire car is being delivered to your accommodation, please call the office to arrange a mutually convenient time and confirm address.

Returning the car.
At the airport you can stop outside "departures" on the upper level in order to unload. The car should then be driven into the public car park collecting a ticket from the machine. This ticket together with the car key, should be put on the sun visor. Please do NOT lock the car.
If we are collecting your car from your accommodation, you can also leave the key on the sun visor and the car unlocked.
