Doncars self-drive car hire was the first Rent-a-car company in Menorca. We started with two Citroën Deux-chevaux and now have a fleet of 150 hire cars and mini-buses. We pride ourselves on still providing a very personal car rental service to all our clients at the same time as offering competitive rates..
Our car hire rates INCLUDE:
Comprehensive Insurance, CDW and Bail Bond (excluding damage to wheels, tyres and underside of vehicle, also loss of or damage to keys)
Unlimited Mileage
Extra drivers
Delivery to airport or local accommodation (up to 15 kms from Mahón)
Luggage Racks are available except where indicated(*) and straps supplied.
IVA (VAT)
Extras:
Baby seats: 15 Euros per week
Boosters: 8 Euros per week

AIRPORT DELIVERY
We will meet your flight, regardless of delays, providing we have your FLIGHT NUMBER, UK airport of departure and arrival time. Our Representative will be outside the Baggage Hall holding a 'Doncars' clipboard. You will be shown to your car where you will have an island map and a Free Guide to Menorca. Paperwork will be completed and you will be given any assistance you may require.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERY
Please phone the office to confirm accommodation deliveries to be sure you are in when we deliver!
PAYMENT
This can be made upon delivery by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash (Euros).
If you wish to pay in advance please indicate this choice in the Comments box on the reservation form as the European Data Protection Law prohibits us from taking credit card details by email.
FUEL
Your hire car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. You will be charged for ¾ tank, and asked to leave ¼ on departure.
RETURNING YOUR CAR
When you return to Mahón airport you simply leave your hire car UNLOCKED, with ¼ tank of fuel, in the main public car park. You take a ticket at the barrier as you enter. Leave this ticket with the keys on the sun visor. You do not need to see a Doncars Representative.
ACCOMMODATION COLLECTIONS will be arranged at the time of delivery.
