Please note that our prices INCLUDE ítems many of our competitors charge extra for. We also deliver the car to you at the airport,we do not bus you to an off-site depot.
Our car hire rates INCLUDE
Comprehensive insurance (NO EXCESS), CDW and Bail Bond
(but EXCLUDE damage to wheels and tyres, damage to underside of car and loss of, or damage to keys).

(up to 15 kms from Mahon)

IVA (VAT) at current rate
(21% at time of going to print)
Baby seats (15 euros/weekly) and booster seats (8 euros/weekly) can be arranged. Please reserve at time of booking.
FUEL
Your hire car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. You will be charged for ¾ tank, and asked to leave ¼ on departure.
PAYMENT
NO deposit is necessary, full payment on arrival by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash (Euros). If you wish to pay in advance, please telephone the office as the European Data Protecion Law prohibits us from taking credit card details by email.
AIRPORT DELIVERY
Providing we have been given the correct flight number and arrival time, our representative (carrying a DONCARS folder) will meet you outside the Baggage Hall. Should our representative not be there, he/she may be in the car park with other clients. If this is the case, please stay in the Arrivals area where you will not be kept waiting long.
ACCOMMODATION DELIVERY
If you have requested delivery of your car to your accommodation, please call the office to arrange a mutually convenient time. Delivery and collection more than 15 kms from Mahon will incur a small surcharge.
RETURNING YOUR CAR
This is even simpler than picking it up. For an airport return, drive your car into the PUBLIC car park where you take a ticket as you enter. Leave this with the car key on the sun visor and DO NOT LOCK the car. You do not need to see a Doncars rep. The same arrangement applies when we are collecting the car from your accommodation.
